Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned and you may need to return a product. To ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases, we have created the following refund policy:
  1. Damaged or wrong product: If you receive a damaged or the wrong product, you can return it within 24 hours of receiving it. Please contact us immediately to inform us of the issue and to request a return. We will arrange for the product to be collected from you and, upon receiving and verifying the condition of the product, we will issue a full refund to the same details which the order was placed with.
  2. Cancelled order: If you decide to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, we will issue a full refund to the same details which the order was placed with. Please contact us via email to request a cancellation and refund.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, unless the product was defective or not as described.

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your payment method.
